• Anonymous Usage Data: If you use the app as a guest, we create an anonymous user ID to allow you to save content locally and explore features without registering.

We use your information solely to provide and improve your experience within the app. For example:

• To personalize devotionals, reading plans, and reminders.
• To allow you to save prayer requests and track your progress.
• To store your preferences and onboarding responses securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

User data is stored securely using Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Only minimal and necessary information is retained for user functionality. If you create an account, your information is stored under your unique user ID. For anonymous users, a temporary ID is generated.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. We do not collect data for behavioral advertising or marketing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of users or others.

KnowHim is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
